As an organizer, you might want to restrict the number of tickets than can be purchased by an attendee when there are only a limited quantity of tickets available. This ensures that everybody has an equal opportunity to purchase the tickets.You as an organizer can put restrictions on the following:


  1. Registrations Per Attendee: Restrict the number of registrations allowed per Email ID or Contact Number.

  2. Tickets Per Transaction: Specify minimum/maximum tickets that a buyer can purchase in a transaction.


To do the above, just follow the steps below:


Steps to follow:


1) Login or sign-in to your Townscript account.

2) Select the event in which you want to make the necessary changes.

  • Click on the desired event


3) Go to the Settings menu(left sidebar) and open Registration Settings Tab.




4) To restrict the number of registrations allowed per Email ID or Contact Number:

  • Click on the setting icon in front of the Registration Per Attendee option.



  • Enable the radio button of the restrictions you want to put

  • Enter the maximum registrations allowed per email Id or/and contact number

  • Click on SAVE.



5) To specify minimum/maximum tickets that a buyer can purchase in a transaction:


  • Click on the Settings icon in front of the Tickets Per Transactions option.



  • Enable the radio button of the limits you want to put

  • Enter the minimum and/or a maximum number of tickets that a buyer can purchase in a transaction.

  • Click on SAVE.



You can edit these settings as per your convenience and requirement.
